Bob Dylan is a cultural icon who has left an indelible mark on American history.
Born in Duluth in 1941, he moved to Hibbing in 1947. Though his time in Duluth was brief, his spirit of artistic freedom, honesty, and integrity remains true and strong in our community. Duluth should be rightfully proud to be the birthplace of Robert Zimmerman, but more importantly, we are proud of our community’s continuing commitment to supporting local art and local artists.

Special thanks to Louie Kemp for photography.
